How long does it usually take to get a reply?
Most emails get a reply within 1–2 business days. Time-sensitive issues such as login or account-access problems are prioritized.
Can I get help with subscriptions or billing?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, so refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple directly. We can help you navigate the process, check your subscription status on our side, and fix anything that depends on us.
Can I report a bug or request a feature?
Please do. For bugs, include your iOS version, device model and the steps to reproduce. For feature requests, the clearer the use case, the better — every request goes straight to the product backlog.
